Totem

The kitchen has never been more flexible, adaptable, and functional

Totem is a system of “stackable kitchens” that includes a refrigerator, induction cooktop, combination oven, shelves, extractor hood, and storage compartments. This structure is ideal for fitting into small spaces such as compact homes, but it can also find a place in locations beyond traditional residential or restaurant settings.

Design, functionality in a small space

For instance, it can be used in offices to provide the essentials for heating or storing homemade meals. Its aesthetic seamlessly blends into work environments and technical spaces. Totem serves as an alternative to built-in appliances, as it comes with an exterior that makes it a piece of furniture on its own, eliminating the need for it to be integrated into a cabinet.

Modular, stackable and functional

Totem can be assembled by combining the desired number and type of compartments or appliances, with the ability to open doors and shelves on any side. This makes the structure versatile in terms of placement within a space: it can be positioned against a wall, placed in a corner, tucked into a niche, or even positioned in the center of a room. This is made possible thanks to a base (or top) power supply unit connected to the floor (or ceiling) that distributes power to all devices through the contact between the base and the top of each individual module, which are stacked on top of each other. Each module can be rotated in any direction because the square layout always allows for the locking, alignment, and power supply of the module.
